Alexis Bittar is one of my favorite costume jewelry designers and was recently named by the CFDA as Accessories Designer of the Year for 2010. His work is amazing and totally unique, I love his play with color, texture and nature. I swear I have a pair of vintage Bittar pink flower earrings very similar to the pin above in my current collection, I'm just waiting for a fan of his to recognize them and scoop 'em up!
