Love these two looks from Sportmax's Fall '11 ads, they're such sleek, sharp and sophisticated pieces.  The hats are divine and that teal is amazing, this is definitely a brand I look forward to seeing each season, its one of my faves.

These rings are so unique and calling my name...loving the raw, nature infused design and ironically they totally remind me of Samantha from Vintage is for Lovers.  Yesterday we had a trunk show together at my house and I can't tell you how much fun I had with this lady ending the night with our own private dance party (thanks to DJ Leif).  She's insanely talented and a truly amazing human, we were already close but now she and her husband are officially family, the blog world's magic ceases to amaze me.

Although one is quite proper I find both of these to be literal pieces of art and you all know what a sucker I am for that.  The photos themselves are fantastic, Sasha P. is one of the best in the biz if you ask me, she makes me want to model again.....See the entire Maison Michel collection here.

Glamour is front and center in this gorgeous collection.  Love the uniqueness of these clothes, the layering is fantastic and the construction is impeccable, its classic Zac Posen at its finest.

Set A/W '11

Although I'm basking in the glory of summer fall will be here soon enough and its time to plant a few seeds for the upcoming season.  I tell my clients, especially the busy moms, that its all about uniforms, once the lazy days are over and the alarm starts to ring in the early AM its best and easiest to have a few staple pieces you can throw on and go about the day.  Cute jackets, sweaters, skinnies, slacks, hats and boots seem to do the trick, if you have a small assortment of these you can rotate them and stay consistently cool, collected and stylish with seemingly little effort, these looks from Set are great to do just that.

Beauty Queen

Here's Claudia S. once again looking absolutely stunning on the cover of her home country's Vogue for August 2011. I think she takes the title this summer as reigning Queen (at 40 no less), her photos this season have been incredible, I love her more than ever.

Loving these looks from the S/S '11 collection.  They're relaxed yet sophisticated, the hats are adorable and the different orange hues seem incredibly vibrant and fresh, I could use a little of this in my current wardrobe...

As much as I'm loving this summer here in So Cal I still have a major fantasy of being swept away on a plane landing somewhere fabulous in the Mediterranean to do nothing but eat, drink, tan, nap, shop and spa it up with an adventurous excursion here and there...I've been pretty good at manifesting lately, let's see if I can give this a whirl.

Bliss

It's been pretty blissful in San Diego these days, the whole community is in agreement that this summer rules!  Last year was the coldest one we've had since 1933, the level of appreciation around these parts for sunshine has sky rocketed, sometimes having things taken away can benefit you, I will never take warm weather for granted again. These pictures of Elisa Sednaoui from Harper's Bazaar Spain make me so happy and remind me to soak up every moment.

The sun has been out, people are falling in deep around me and there's been many a royal/celebrity wedding to fawn over, I believe 2011 is the official summer of love.  This British Vogue cover is a fabulous tribute to the new Mrs. Hince, wishing her and her man all the best.

Versace Fall '11 Campaign

These ads shot by Mert & Marcus are absolutely fantastic, loving the sexy, regal bejeweled model in the middle of the vast desert.  Those gold bangles and rings are so hot, the clothes are incredibly gorgeous (in love with the white dress and trench) and the bags & booties are total beauties.
