Balmain S/S '12

Could there be continued La Feem S/S '12 recaps without Balmain?  I think not.....My love for this line is as strong as ever, it may once again be "similar to what's been shown before" even with new designer Olivier Rousteing at the helm but that doesn't bother me.  This glamourous, western influenced, tomboy chic style is one of my favorites, what can I say, I'm a sucker for structured, ornate, kick ass clothes.

Giorgio Armani S/S '12

Love these incredibly chic, beautiful & sophisticated clothes.  It's retro, modern and classic combined into one diverse yet cohesive collection.  The patterns are all amazing, loving the muted colors, the cuts on the pants & skirts are glorious, the blouses & flowing jackets are so pretty, the beaded jackets are of my dreams and the cinched ones are seriously fabulous.  

Two From Sportmax

Regular readers of the blog know I love Sportmax, these were my two favorites from their latest collection. The walking short is refreshing to see and the entire look in baby blue is lovely.  While both are preppy the white number has bit of edge which we know I love (sheer top + studs, yes please) and the belts on each rule.

Two From Jil Sander

These are two of my favorite frocks I've seen from the S/S '12 collections, they're so 50's and so good.  The green dress is fantastic and accessorized perfectly with the hat, purse and shoes (gotta love a green, pink and light blue combo).  The white dress is simple elegance at its finest and looks smashing with the light mint green shoes, it all goes to show a classy lady is never out of style. 

Iceberg S/S '12

Iceberg is one of my favorite lines and I was excited to see this collection.  I'm loving the relaxed glamour of these looks, they're chic, sophisticated and a bit edgy.  The shoes bring it all home, they're gorgeous and so sexy.  I also think the styling is fantastic, love the hair, love the make up.

P.S. If you're in SD looking for a fun night out start with dinner at Saltbox downtown, its an amazing new restaurant on 5th Ave with yummy food, fantastic service and a fabulous ambience.  I was invited to a tasting there last week and was beyond impressed, looking forward to next time.

Roksanda Ilincic

These shoes are some of the best I've seen so far from the S/S '12 shows, they're fun, chic and sexy, just what spring should be.  Below are my two favorite looks from the collection, that teal blue is such a fabulous color and the white dress is fantastic.

Matthew Williamson S/S '12

These are three of my favorite looks I've seen so far out of London.  I'm absolutely in love with the colors, prints and tailoring, its all so soft, bright and pretty while being relaxed and sophisticated.  The shoes by British designer Charlotte Olympia are gorgeous and brings it all together cohesively, it's fresh and perfect for 2012.

Band of Outsiders

Although I'm not a huge suspender fan I do love them when they're done right and I'm so drawn to this top look. The casual short sleeve suit is my other favorite from the S/S '12 collection, it's strong, subtle and seemingly cozy which is not an easy combo to pull off, leave it to Band of Outsiders to do it fabulously.

Zac Posen Spring '12

Hello Hollywood, these dresses are so incredibly gorgeous, seem made for the red carpet and were my favorites from the collection.  I absolutely love this vintage glamours look, the hair is spot on, each pair of earrings are stunning and that necklace is fantastic.  It seems to me he had A list celebrities on the mind while designing these frocks, they're for real.
