Favorites From Valentino

I know its a little late in the game but somehow posting these favorites from the S/S '12 collection during Fashion Week got put on the back burner and I can't even remember why....Loving the black lace numbers with all my heart and the little red frock is dreamy.  The styling brings it all together with those fabulous braids and amazing earrings, its perfected simple elegance at its best.

Biker Chic

I'm totally in love with this shot of Natasha P from Vogue Spain November '12.  Her hair & make up are fabulous and the entire biker chic outfit is a serious winner.  (I will dream of that jacket for months.)

I found these fantastic backstage shots over at Vogue and thought it was interesting to see what went on behind the scenes.  All the pictures are super cool but I think the picture of Prabal Gurung and crew is priceless.  

Cat Eyes

Blue, brown/green and silver smokey eyes are looking good for the fall and upcoming holiday season.   Loving the hair and matching nail polish as well, I need that blue pronto and the brooch in the last picture is gorgeous.  I'm so glad it's becoming that time of year again to seize the moment and add a little glamour into the mix.


Sorry for the lack of posts, my car was in the shop, I was a bridesmaid in one of my bff's wedding, had a birthday, was working with clients and there was no internet at home all at once, it was just one of those weeks.....

YSL S/S '12

These are my three favorites from the collection.  Loving the rich colors and gorgeous silhouettes, it's classic YSL and perfect for a sophisticated woman looking to walk into a room and steal the show.

Dior S/S '12

I think we were all wondering what this collection would encompass after the dramatic fall out of Galliano and I for one was impressed with what atelier director Bill Gaytten created.  The first three looks are chic, tailored, gorgeous and so very Paris, I'm seriously in love.  The dresses are quintessentially my idea of spring, they're romantic, soft & pretty and the shoes are totally divine.
