I know I lagged on creating a LF gift guide this year, I've been going non stop! I've been working a ton and posting quite a bit for The Post Social so since it's late in the game I thought I'd just share a few things I would love to find under the tree (found on Elle's Gift Guide for under $250). The boots are so cute and a necessity in my life, I've been dreaming of a crisp white cable knit sweater for months and that necklace is just plain dreamy...Santa, if you're reading I'll take it all. I did create a GG for TPS, I spotlighted some great fashion gifts under $25 so if you still need to rush out and get something cute and inexpensive check it out.

Brigitte Bardot is not only the most gorgeous and sexiest woman yet to walk the earth she is also apparently the most stylish (as seen in the pictures above). She was voted the most stylish woman ever this past June in a UK poll with a third of Brits voting for her and 62% admitting French women are most stylish in general. I, for one, have always been completely, totally and utterly mesmerized by her immense beauty, there's so much of it pouring out of every picture its of out of control and her outfits in these shots rock. She was the first to bring attention to the bikini (surprise, surprise) and even had a neckline named after her (the Bardot is a wide, slightly curved open neckline showing both shoulders). She is the ultimate beauty/fashion icon of all time as well as an award winning actress, writer, model and prolific animal activist with her own foundation. Coco met the founder Lisa Nguyen the day before her wedding in Paris and was so touched by the cause she knew she wanted to be apart of it. This Resort '12 ad seems fit for a queen (or at least a royal princess). I think we were all wondering what this collection would encompass after the dramatic fall out of Galliano and I for one was impressed with what atelier director Bill Gaytten created. The first three looks are chic, tailored, gorgeous and so very Paris, I'm seriously in love. The dresses are quintessentially my idea of spring, they're romantic, soft & pretty and the shoes are totally divine.

Could there be continued La Feem S/S '12 recaps without Balmain? I think not.....My love for this line is as strong as ever, it may once again be "similar to what's been shown before" even with new designer Olivier Rousteing at the helm but that doesn't bother me. This glamourous, western influenced, tomboy chic style is one of my favorites, what can I say, I'm a sucker for structured, ornate, kick ass clothes.

Love these incredibly chic, beautiful & sophisticated clothes. It's retro, modern and classic combined into one diverse yet cohesive collection. The patterns are all amazing, loving the muted colors, the cuts on the pants & skirts are glorious, the blouses & flowing jackets are so pretty, the beaded jackets are of my dreams and the cinched ones are seriously fabulous.

Regular readers of the blog know I love Sportmax, these were my two favorites from their latest collection. The walking short is refreshing to see and the entire look in baby blue is lovely. While both are preppy the white number has bit of edge which we know I love (sheer top + studs, yes please) and the belts on each rule.

These are two of my favorite frocks I've seen from the S/S '12 collections, they're so 50's and so good. The green dress is fantastic and accessorized perfectly with the hat, purse and shoes (gotta love a green, pink and light blue combo). The white dress is simple elegance at its finest and looks smashing with the light mint green shoes, it all goes to show a classy lady is never out of style.

Iceberg is one of my favorite lines and I was excited to see this collection. I'm loving the relaxed glamour of these looks, they're chic, sophisticated and a bit edgy. The shoes bring it all home, they're gorgeous and so sexy. I also think the styling is fantastic, love the hair, love the make up.

These are three of my favorite looks I've seen so far out of London. I'm absolutely in love with the colors, prints and tailoring, its all so soft, bright and pretty while being relaxed and sophisticated. The shoes by British designer Charlotte Olympia are gorgeous and brings it all together cohesively, it's fresh and perfect for 2012.

Although I'm not a huge suspender fan I do love them when they're done right and I'm so drawn to this top look. The casual short sleeve suit is my other favorite from the S/S '12 collection, it's strong, subtle and seemingly cozy which is not an easy combo to pull off, leave it to Band of Outsiders to do it fabulously.

Hello Hollywood, these dresses are so incredibly gorgeous, seem made for the red carpet and were my favorites from the collection. I absolutely love this vintage glamours look, the hair is spot on, each pair of earrings are stunning and that necklace is fantastic. It seems to me he had A list celebrities on the mind while designing these frocks, they're for real.

A little edgy preppy chic is looking might fine for next spring, I think these clothes are so incredibly cute, I feel relaxed and stylish just looking at them. I love the flow of it all and we see a bit of a train on a couple of the dresses, a trend I'm loving and really digging the layering of shorts on the first look which I'm normally not a fan of. The slacks are so gorgeous and seriously of my dreams and the bags and shoes are fantastic, go Lacoste.

These pieces are absolutely gorgeous and my favorites from the collection. The first outfit is easy breezy chic at its best, the trains on the middle looks are fantastic, the beading on the collars is brilliant, the shoes rock and these last three dresses are stunning (loving how the pink & white is casual and regal at the same time). He did a great job weaving in the eras gone by vibe that's been all the talk for S/S'12 while keeping a modern design that's uniquely his own (he was inspired by graffiti artist Kaws). I think this is solidified with the bit of punk rock feathered hair that looks awesome with such proper clothes. This was only the second collection from NY that I looked at and was already stunned...

I can't express how much I love these fabulous trenches from Burberry's "Nude" collection. The color is amazing, the structure and construction of each is impeccable and the middle lace number is absolutely divine (well they all are really....) also, how about those smoking shoes? Loving them as well.

I realize I had a little endless summer fantasy going yesterday but I'm back on track with some fabulous fall fashion (even though it's still in the 80's and every year is the same, September is the hottest month, if you ever want to visit SD come now). I'm loving these two from Zara's latest look book, both are hip, stylish and seemingly comfy (always a plus). We don't have a store here but when I worked with my last LA client a few weeks back we landed at the one in Century City and I was impressed, it was full of great clothes at a great price.

I'm also loving these looks from Massimo Dutti, the first seems like the perfect collegiate back to school outfit and a black & white sweater with raspberry pants and nude & black kitten heels? I'm in.

I know everyone is all about fall out there in the blogosphere but we're having a serious So Cal heat wave (today its 85 degrees in SD), I'm in love with summertime and I'm obsessed with Australian fashion so I'm going to gush about these fabulous dresses from Down Under for S/S '11. So in love with the bead work, colors and layering, its sexy with a dash of edgy while being very high fashion, what a great combo. I would love to see them on famous hotties walking the red carpet, they'd be perfect for the flashing lights.

I was thinking for awhile about creating a reoccurring post filled with different random finds to just to mix it up and a few weeks ago I did a guest post on the fabulous Milk blog and was inspired to try out my new idea. It was super fun and I decided it was time to do one on my home base so here we go....

I'm one of the biggest beanie fans and can't wait to start wearing them again (another reason to avoid crying that summer is soon to be over). I love the top look, so proper, beautiful and tomboy at the same time, one of my favorite combos. The bottom outfit is totally adorable and a great fall uniform. (Does this girl look like a young Gwyneth P in the first pic or am I crazy?)

How rad is this shot of a Jimmy Choo found on the Bergdorf Goodman blog? They're taking their shoe salon to the streets and are inviting New Yorkers to play along with an Instagram iphone shoe app, read more about it here.

How cute are these bags?? Leoluca is a local San Diego brand by best friends and design duo Emma Lezak and Lauren Letizio. I met these two at one of my jewelry trunk shows and they're as cute and stylish as their product. The materials are high end, sourced domestically and made with excellent craftsmanship in the U.S.A. For those of you like me who may not be comfortable sporting real fur or alligator skin there are some seriously fantastic faux options for Fall '11 that I found over at All The Rage. I'm loving these pieces and need some fabulous faux in my life pronto. I know there's a debate about leather vs fur, "what's the difference" but for me the less animals tortured on earth the better.....Although I did read a great article on "sustainable fur" over at Marie Claire and it was nice to know manufactures are striving to be better and forthright about where and how their products are produced.

When I modeled for her S/S '11 line last year I knew she was going to be big one day, this lady is talented and her Fall '11 line did not disappoint (to say the least), its fabulous. I think this shot from Vogue Taiwan captures the perfect make up for fall. Muted orange/red lips, black liner and some reddish purple sparkly eye shadow is an absolutely fantastic combination and looks incredible with this bun and the colors in the jacket. Definitely a look to file away and pull out when you want to shine.

I know I've been spotlighting this retailer a few times as of late but they're getting it right for Fall '11 at very affordable prices, I'm impressed. The top outfit is so relaxed and stylish, those stripped sweaters are super cute and perfect with those black pants and I'm in love with the flats and heels.

My event with Bloomingdale's on Thursday night is for men so I've got male fashion on the brain, this cardigan, tie combo with these hot gray slacks is too cute, I love it.

Audrey Hepburn~Icon

I think we can all agree Audrey Hepburn was one of the most iconic of all fashion icons to ever exist, her clean lined, bold accessory staple is still being mimicked today. Beyond her serene beauty and classic style she was an incredible actress who brought a joy and energy to her roles that I've never seen in anyone else, her aura was powerful and intoxicating. Her first film Roman Holiday earned her an Academy Award for Best Actress (it's my favorite) and she went on to star in major classic such as Breakfast At Tiffany's, My Fair Lady and Sabrina. Beyond her brilliant acting talent, amazing fashion sense and entrancing abilities she was an incredible human being who dedicated the later part of her life as a Good Will Ambassador for UNICEF and traveled the world feeding starving children. I always loved and admired her as a child and even writing this post I'm profoundly affected by her incredible energy that is still vibrating on the planet. There will never be another Audrey Hepburn, she was definitely one of a kind.
