Alexander McQueen Fall '11









Even though the McQueen camp denies the rumor they're designing Kate Middleton's wedding dress, Sarah Burton certainly had royalty on the mind for Fall '11.  What a stunning collection.  Those who read the blog regularly know I'm obsessed with the styling of Kate M. and also know my love for McQueen, if I was working for Kate, this label would be my pick.

    First, these are fantastic. Second, I'd love to wear them all, but I wonder where I'd go in them. They're not just "hey, I decided to run to the store quick" sorts of dresses. I even feel I'd be too dressed up at a formal event, but golly, how I'd love to wear art like this.
